DIY Honey & Rose Water Body Wash

Holistic Non toxic DIY Honey and Rose water body wash

I hate putting lotion on after the shower. It probably has something to do with my oil-prone skin. So when I can work hydration into another step, by golly, I take it!

With winter's dry moisture-sucking air on its way, I figure this was the best time to share my Honey and rose water DIY Body wash recipe.

Couple this to note:

- I am not a skin care professional of any kind. So if you have concerns or underlying conditions, talk to someone qualified.

-Honey on its own is shelf stable, honey submerged in water is not. Make a small batch and keep it in the refrigerator if you aren't going to use it all in a week's time.

Few selling points on why you might like to try it:

  • Non-Toxic (if you use good quality essential oils)

  • Holistic

  • SOOOO Hydrating

  • Earthy

  • Luxurious feel

Enjoy:)

Ingredients

(You can get everything here, I earn commissions, which is the best way to support me as a content creator!)

I mention the benefits of each ingredient in my TikTok video. Check it out here

Instructions
  1. Grab whatever container you plan to hold your finished body wash in. Fill it with water and pour the water into a measuring cup. That is how much your container can hold. If it is over 1 1/2 cup, I would recommend something smaller because the wash is only shelf stable for a week.

  2. Add your all your ingredients to your bottle

  3. Shake and enjoy

* Whether you use a bigger or smaller bottle, it is important that it is glass. Oils tend to degrade plastic
