DIY Make-up Remover (Low-tox & Holistic)

It's the only way I'll take my makeup off

The hardest part about wearing makeup is having to take it off. That is not just me, right? To be honest, there have been many occasions where I have gleefully chosen to go to sleep instead of leaning over the sink scrubbing my skin raw. Did my complexion pay for it? Yes.

While, there is the luxury of makeup remover, I can't use it because of an allergy

I learned about the hard way (I woke up with my eyes swollen shut...story for another day), and who the hell knows what harsh, harmful, toxic chemicals are in there anyway?

So I am here to make it easy, with a few skin nourishing ingredients that will take your makeup off with easy and have your skin glowing.

A Quick Note: I am not a skin care professional of any kind. If you have concerns regarding underlying conditions, talk to someone qualified.

Ingredients

(everything you need is conveniently listed here on my Amazon storefront, I make a commission, and it's the best way to support me as a creator)

* Oils will degrade plastics, be sure to store in glass bottle.

** If you wear a lot of heavy eye make up and plan to use this to remove it, I would omit the tea tree oil

If you have any leftover vitamin E oil from any of my other Holistic DIY's you can throw in 1 tbsp of that too.

I mention the benefits of each ingredient in my TikTok video. Check it out here

and don't forget to get some reusable cotton rounds to get the full ~earth friendly~ experience

Instructions
  1.  Combine everything in your jar

  2. Shake to combine and before each use

  3. Enjoy!
